About the VBCA

The Vermont Baseball Coaches Association Inc. is a registered Vermont domestic non-profit corporation and was incorporated March 15, 2005.

The VBCA performs the following functions:
  • Assists the Vermont Principals Association in running the high school baseball state championships.
  • Organizes the Vermont team in the Twin State Baseball Classic for recently graduated high school seniors.
  • Organizes the annual Junior Showcase for college-bound high school athletes.
  • Conducts various instructional clinics.
  • Is a sounding board for member coaches in issues relating to the sport
  • Most of all, promotes and publicizes all levels of baseball in the State of Vermont.


The VBCA also organizes a coaches clinic each spring for its membership and guests to start the high school season.

The VBCA is a non-profit Corporation. Officers and members of the Executive Committee are elected positions by the VBCA membership. The Executive Director (beginning March 10, 2012) is paid a stipend to serve as coordinator and communications director of all VBCA events.
